• The Adaptive and Inclusive Family Winter Ball will be at the Baca Center on Sat Jan 20 from 6-8pm. Enjoy a night of dancing, fun, family, and more. Tickets are pre-sale only. More info and tickets at roundrocktexas.gov/parksandrec or at roundrockrecreation.com
• The Allen R. Baca Center is rolling out the red carpet for our annual Senior Prom “A Night in Hollywood” on Fri Feb 2 from 6-10pm. • The Daddy Daughter Dance is on Fri Feb 9th from 6-9pm. This year’s “Wild About Dad” theme invites you to hop, pounce, or crawl on over to the Kalahari Kilimanjaro Ballroom for light snacks, a live DJ, a dance contest, and more. • Rock’N River season passes are now available at roundrocktexas.gov/river

Athletics
• Adult Leagues will start the last week of January
o Cornhole 1/25 and 1/23
o Pickleball 1/23 and 1/24

• Tennis Lessons start the first week of February – still time to register
• Youth Soccer registration closes February 11 – season starts Feb 26

And it's just going to be a very exciting year. We've got some really fun special events coming up that I want to chat with you guys a little bit about. We also normally would have a third person sitting here, but our sound director is currently fighting laser dolphins in Guam. So we're just we're figuring that one out. So upcoming events, we have some really, really fun ones coming up.

The adaptive and inclusive family winter Ball is coming up on Saturday, January the 20th. It's going to be from 6 to 8 p.m. so you can enjoy a night of dancing, fun, family and more. It's an adaptive and inclusive event, so it is geared specifically and specially for individuals with disabilities and their families. Tickets are presale only. We also the Alan R Barca Center, our wonderful, wonderful senior center, is rolling out the red carpet for their annual senior prom.

This year's theme is a Night in a Hollywood. It's going to be very, very fun. I've already seen some of the decorations. I'm thrilled. They're going to be fantastic. That's going to be on February the second. Tickets for that also need to be purchased and space is very limited. So my career up on that one is definitely very much learning.

And finally, Daddy Daughter Dance, an absolute round rock classic and a fan favorite is on February 9th. Tickets are on sale right now. Our theme, Wild About Dad is going to bring you and your fam to the Kilimanjaro ballroom at Kalahari. So tickets and more information about all these events can be found at Round Rock, Texas. We've also got some fun things coming up with athletics. So the adult leagues are going to be starting the last week of January. The Cornhole Adult League will be starting January 25th and the 23rd.

Pickleball is on the 23rd, the 24th. Softball is going to be starting on the 21st, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th. A lot of days sand volleyball will be starting on January the 25th as well. We also have tennis lessons are will be starting the first week of February. There is still time to register for all age groups. Some of them are a little bit full, but there is sections available and we also have youth soccer.

Registration is going to be closing February the 11th. So if you have a little one who wants to play soccer or you look like a little one who could play soccer or, you know, a little one who should be playing soccer, you still got time. And I like it because it not only has one thing to do, it has multiple things to do. And I love all the others ducks swimming in the lake. And I also love the fields. yeah, I like this park because there is an amazing trail for hiking or biking, whichever one you're in the mood for. And then there's a park for kids and there's like an outstanding amount of things to do.
